Country House “Borgo Pratole” is situated in Cingoli, Marche region, and has been created with an accurate and patient restoration of several cottages dating early 1900s.
The house merges above a little hill in the beautiful countryside of Marche region, surrounded by precious forests, fields of wheat and colourful sunflowers. During the last decade, local artisans have been working to the restoration, respecting the environment and anti-seismic laws. Borgo Pratole country house stands in a glorious location, between dozens of centuries-old oaks. Tranquillity is characteristic throughout Marche region and this place is its perfect representation. The little village of Cingoli where the country house is located, has a very central position among Marche region, allowing you to reach the wonderful Riviera del Conero and Monti Sibillini area in just 30 minutes by car.
To all our guests we offer the opportunity to relax in our fantastic swimming pool immersed in the context of the village. You can lie back in the sun and relax after a cool swim in the pool.
The bedrooms are situated in the main house, fully restored in order to respect Marche style and to offer all the modern comforts at the same time, following the actual anti-seismic laws.
Fully restored according to the traditional rural style of Marche countryside farmhouses, with masonry in sandstone, ceilings with beams, wood fillets, exposed tiles and roofing with antique tiles.
