Our apartments are located in the building that once was the farmyard animals stable of the ancient farmhouse. It has been fully refurbished, according to anti-seismic laws and respecting the traditional rural style of Marche farmhouses, with masonry in sandstone, ceilings with beams, wood fillets, exposed tiles and roofing with antique tiles that have been recovered from the old building demolition.
All the accommodations are situated at the ground floor, with private entrance from the garden, and they overlook the wide swimming pool, available for guests during summertime.
Our four apartments, named , feature a living room with a masonry kitchenette equipped with induction hob, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen area is comprehensive of all requirements for cooking and eating (crockery, pots, coffee machine). The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed provided with electro-welded mesh and mattress of h18cm for a width of 120 cm. The bedroom features a double size bed (h25 mattress, memory side with medical device class1 and Aloe Vera coating), summer and winter linen, wardrobe and bed side tables in shabby style. The bathroom includes a cabin shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin, hairdryer and towels.
All the apartments feature a flat screen digital satellite TV, radiator heat, air conditioning (Viessmann).
